Indonesian style chicken thighs 8 out of 10 points  .  An interesting chicken dish with an unusual but delicious combination of ingredients. Preparation 1 h. Serves 4 Ingredients: 500 g chicken thighs fillet (about 1.2 kg bone-in thighs) 50 g shelled peanuts 1 small onion 2.5 cm fresh ginger root 1 garlic clove 200 ml coconut milk 1 tbsp  hot and sweet chili sauce 1 tsp  brown sugar 4 tablespoons  unrefined peanut butter salt Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces with a side of 2.5-3 cm. Coarsely chop the peanuts with a knife. 2.
