Ingredients:
250 g shrimp
salt
2 medium apples
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-2 medium cucumbers
1-2 medium carrots
3 tbsp light mayonnaise *
1-2 sprigs of parsley
Preparation:
Clean the shrimp from the shell, remove the intestinal vein (it runs along the back). Boil water in a large saucepan, add salt, add shrimp and cook for no more than 3 minutes. Throw in a colander, drain and cool.Peel and core the apples, finely grate and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wash the cucumbers, remove the tails, grate on a medium grater. Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater.Put cucumbers, carrots and apples in layers in wine glasses or bowls, greasing each layer with mayonnaise.Put the shrimps in the last layer in the wine glasses (if using large shrimps, cut them into 3-4 pieces), garnish with parsley and chill slightly before serving.Rating:
